Refund policy at M.STUDIO:
All services are not refundable once the service is completed. We encourage clients to contact customer service if they have feedback or an inquiry about the service received.
Gift cards or packages are not refundable.
M.STUDIO "Free Fix" policy:
Send us a picture of the nails to our customer service team as soon as the chipping
happens and we always offer free fix within 5 DAYS for gel manicure/pedicure.
